You'll be responsible for adoption, consumption, and customer satisfaction across the install base. This role involves building a high-performing team and managing the entire customer deployment lifecycle.

• Engage with customer organizations to build initial professional services direction.
• Define implementation and deployment strategy during sales cycle.
• Gather scope and build prescriptive outcome-based proposals.
• Manage key business metrics like PS Bookings and Team Utilization.

📋 Requirements

• Strong professional services leadership background.
• Experience overseeing enterprise IT delivery across multi-million-dollar portfolio.
• Deep experience building and developing remote professional services teams.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
