💼 About This Role

You'll own and drive the platform infrastructure powering MongoDB's Application Modernization Platform. Your core impact will be standing up foundational layers including service hosting, API gateways, and observability stacks. This role offers the opportunity to shape a high-impact platform at the intersection of cloud infrastructure and next-generation AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for the platform infrastructure
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver platform capabilities
• Drive reliability metrics (SLIs/SLOs) and track error budgets
• Communicate platform vision across technical and executive stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years overall professional experience with 4+ years in product management for platform/infrastructure
• Deep technical fluency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on familiarity with API gateway configuration, service mesh patterns, and microservices architecture
• Working knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML) and authorization models (RBAC, ABAC)

• Experience with LLM orchestration layers or AI/ML platform tooling
• Familiarity with AI observability tooling
• Experience with multi-agent system design patterns
