Description

You will lead the invoice-to-cash process, optimize SaaS billing operations, scale billing infrastructure, and ensure a frictionless financial experience for customers at a leading real estate technology company.

Requirements

• 7+ years in billing operations, revenue operations, or accounting
• 2-3 years of direct management experience
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS subscription and usage-based billing
• Technical proficiency with billing/CRM systems; Ordway and Salesforce experience highly preferred
• Excellent analytical and cross-functional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing billing operations team
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and collections for SaaS subscriptions and usage-based products
• Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate revenue recognition and internal controls
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Legal to resolve billing inquiries and streamline onboarding
• Drive process improvements and automation in billing systems (Salesforce, Ordway, Stripe)
