🎯 What You'll Do

• Write, review, and optimize production-ready code daily
• Architect scalable, high-performance systems
• Own technical delivery for complex projects
• Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, and AWS
• Experience with React and Redux
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects independently
