You'll lead end-to-end video production for an AI-powered resource planner, collaborating with Marketing and Creative teams. Your work will strengthen brand storytelling and drive engagement across digital platforms. This role offers relocation support to Lisbon.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop video concepts and write scripts with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee production including crew hiring, talent sourcing, and equipment.
• Guide post-production: color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Optimize videos for social media, web, and in-app use.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related.
• 3+ years of video production experience including filming and editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
