You'll recruit licensed therapists for a mission-driven mental health startup. You'll own end-to-end recruiting and help scale clinical teams during growth. This is a 6-month contract with potential to convert.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for licensed therapists
• Share Two Chairs mission and culture with candidates
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience
• Source creatively and refine recruiting processes

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 1+ years recruiting for independently licensed behavioral health clinicians
• Experience with high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse
