๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling
- Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, and payors
- Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise field employees
- Monitor metrics like admissions and Medicare percentage
๐ Requirements
- Associates degree minimum; Bachelor preferred
- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including electronic medical record
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility

- Prior knowledge of Medicare and OASIS
- Prior supervisory experience
