💼 About This Role

You'll act as the internal medical source of truth, owning annotation quality and model validation for AI-driven cancer diagnostics. You'll directly shape how pathology expertise is translated into scalable, regulatory-ready systems. This role offers the opportunity to build AI systems powering clinical diagnostics and drug development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform medical review and validation of annotations and AI outputs
• Define and maintain annotation guidelines and QC processes
• Lead annotation projects like tumor grading and biomarker scoring
• Collaborate with ML and Product teams to translate medical requirements

📋 Requirements

• Board certification or near-certification in Pathology
• Strong clinical background in general anatomic pathology
• Hands-on mindset with active engagement in annotation and review

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with annotation workflows and scoring systems (Gleason, H-score)
• Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven medical projects
• Experience in digital pathology
