You'll focus on implementing and optimizing revenue cycle solutions for home care providers and payers. You'll analyze and troubleshoot integration issues and translate business requirements into technical solutions. This role offers growth in Medicaid revenue cycle processes and healthcare data standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather and analyze customer business and technical requirements for revenue cycle integrations
• Manage configuration and integration delivery for home care revenue cycle solutions
• Analyze and troubleshoot reported issues, propose and implement corrective actions
• Execute testing and validation of solutions to ensure compliance standards

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare solution delivery or revenue cycle configuration
• Direct, hands-on experience with X12 formats (837/835 claims and remittances)
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into configuration/integration solutions
• Experience with ticket and content management applications (e.g., JIRA, Salesforce, Confluence)
• Knowledge of integration protocols (e.g., sFTP, API)

✨ Nice to Have

• HL7 and FHIR experience
• Exposure to State Medicaid Agencies, MCOs, and Homecare Providers
• SaaS environment experience
