💼 About This Role

You'll support fleet deployment and vehicle organization for Bird's micromobility operations in Raleigh. Your work will enhance operational efficiency and city compliance. This role offers the chance to interact directly with riders to promote positive habits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively tidy up mis-parked vehicles in high-traffic areas
• Rebalance and reposition out-of-nest vehicles for optimal access
• Interact with riders to educate on proper parking behavior
• Identify and report minor maintenance or operational issues

📋 Requirements

• Prior experience in field operations, customer service, or logistics preferred
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working outdoors and on foot for extended periods
