Description

As a cook at SpaceX, you will prepare and plate dishes, maintain kitchen stations, and support the team in delivering quality food that boosts morale and productivity at Vandenberg, CA.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• Culinary degree or 2+ years food service experience
• Ability to pass Air Force background check
• Ability to work day shift (5:00 AM - 3:00 PM) including overtime and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for 8 hours

Responsibilities

• Set up, work, and maintain a clean and safe work station
• Complete daily prep tasks
• Help team meet time and quality standards set by supervisor
• Cook and plate completed dishes for service
• Clean kitchen equipment and work/storage areas
