🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Client Launch Managers to implement services for large clients.
• Collaborate with Engineering on customization requests and optimizations.
• Serve as technical liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong technical foundation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and clients.
