As a Samsara Technical Account Manager, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, proactively optimizing customers' technical health and driving long-term platform adoption. You'll translate operational goals into technical solutions, manage customer portfolios in Mexico, and collaborate cross-functionally to champion customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive value realization by aligning Samsara solutions with customer business objectives
  • Execute technical account management, including success plans and risk mitigation
  • Serve as primary technical point of contact, mastering Samsara platform including APIs and hardware
  • Provide consultative problem-solving and own ticket lifecycle from report to resolution
  • Communicate with influence in customer meetings, from technical deep dives to executive reviews
