You will develop in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform and provide high-quality support to EMEA customers via email and live chat, resolving technical and non-technical issues while transforming workflows with AI.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken)
- Ability to work weekends (Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu)
- 1+ years in customer-facing role troubleshooting software/SaaS
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts
- Full authorization to work in Ireland
Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform
