🎯 What You'll Do

  • Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of SDRs/BDRs
  • Build and refine outbound cold calling scripts and email sequences
  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline management for qualified opportunities
  • Monitor KPIs in HubSpot and implement strategic fixes

📋 Requirements

  • Experience leading or mentoring pre-sales teams (SDR/BDR)
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and closing
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive performance
  • Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
