Your core impact will be building outbound playbooks and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities for Account Executives. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of SDRs/BDRs
- Build and refine outbound cold calling scripts and email sequences
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline management for qualified opportunities
- Monitor KPIs in HubSpot and implement strategic fixes
📋 Requirements
- Experience leading or mentoring pre-sales teams (SDR/BDR)
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting and closing
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive performance
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
