💼 About This Role

You'll lead a portfolio of complex customer-facing programs for sensor and digital technology deployments at mining sites worldwide, partnering with Business Development and cross-functional teams. You'll drive successful implementation from late-stage pursuit through delivery and ramp-up, scaling MineSense's enterprise deployments. This senior leadership role reports to the COO and champions best practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee full lifecycle of programs from customer engagement to delivery and field monitoring.
• Establish results-driven reporting processes for tracking performance and outcomes.
• Deliver accurate, timely project status and risk reports to Executive Leadership.
• Build and develop a global high-performing team of project and program managers.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field or equivalent.
• 10+ years of Program Management experience including 5+ years leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management tools.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Experience in the Mining Industry.
• Experience with project installations at remote sites.
• Understanding of global market dynamics and cultural nuances, especially South America.

🚩 Heads Up

• Requires 50% travel within North and South America and a valid passport and visa.
