You'll join Wintermute's DeFi team to research on-chain protocols and run data-driven experiments advancing decentralized finance. You'll work across multiple codebases and languages, wearing many hats in a collaborative, mentorship-rich environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research on-chain protocol mechanisms and design spaces
• Build and run data-driven experiments using programmatic analysis
• Work across multiple codebases in Rust and Python
• Collaborate with experienced traders and developers

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in Rust or Python
• Comfortable with Linux and Git version control
• Experience with statistical analysis and quantitative skills
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and EVM mechanics

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with smart contract development and the Foundry toolkit
• Passion for learning protocol microstructure
• Knowledge of high-frequency market making strategies
