💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement Python-based services integrating LLMs and GenAI capabilities into internal platforms. You'll own the operational health of GenAI workflows, partnering with product and UX to deliver production-ready solutions. This role offers the chance to work with agentic workflows and cloud-native AWS/Azure environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain Python-based GenAI services and workflows.
• Develop tooling and APIs for agents with clear schemas and observability.
• Operate GenAI workflows under established governance and security guardrails.
• Partner with product managers and UX to translate problems into production solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 3–7 years software engineering with Python for production services.
• Hands-on exposure to LLM/GenAI integration (Bedrock, Azure AI, OpenAI).
• Experience with agentic workflows using LangGraph, AgentCore, or LangChain.
• Experience in cloud-native AWS/Azure environments (Lambda, secrets, observability).

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with RAG/retrieval patterns as a consumer.
• Experience integrating GenAI into business workflows (SDLC automation, internal tools).
• Evidence of being an early adopter of AI tools for development.
