🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage 300-350 accounts driving renewals and retention
- Execute scaled engagement strategy with automated and high-touch interactions
- Deliver value through data-driven insights and customer health scores
- Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities
📋 Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewals
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or Outreach
- Background in education technology
