🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage 300-350 accounts driving renewals and retention
  • Execute scaled engagement strategy with automated and high-touch interactions
  • Deliver value through data-driven insights and customer health scores
  • Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities

📋 Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewals
  • Experience managing a high-volume book of business preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or Outreach
  • Background in education technology
