You'll drive pipeline creation and qualified sales opportunities across India & SAARC as a Player-Coach SDR Team Lead. You'll combine hands-on prospecting with front-line coaching to accelerate early-stage growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Qualify and develop marketing-supplied leads
- Execute high-volume outbound calls to generate opportunities
- Build strong relationships with sales teams and partners
- Report weekly/monthly on individual performance against targets
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a Sales Development Role
- Experience in channel-based company and IT channel understanding
- Experienced in high-volume outbound telephone-based lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads
โจ Nice to Have
- Inside sales experience in Cybersecurity or related industries
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach or Groove, Cognism or Lusha
- Relevant degree or similar qualification
