You'll drive pipeline creation and qualified sales opportunities across India & SAARC as a Player-Coach SDR Team Lead. You'll combine hands-on prospecting with front-line coaching to accelerate early-stage growth.

  • Qualify and develop marketing-supplied leads
  • Execute high-volume outbound calls to generate opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with sales teams and partners
  • Report weekly/monthly on individual performance against targets

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a Sales Development Role
  • Experience in channel-based company and IT channel understanding
  • Experienced in high-volume outbound telephone-based lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Inside sales experience in Cybersecurity or related industries
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach or Groove, Cognism or Lusha
  • Relevant degree or similar qualification
