Description

You will work with StepStone's Private Equity team to conduct due diligence on co-investments, secondary transactions, and fund investments. You'll build financial models, perform market research, and prepare investment memorandums for the Investment Committee.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or master's student graduating in 2026 or later
• Completed at least one relevant 3-6 month internship
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and quantitative/modeling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze co-investment and secondary transaction opportunities
• Conduct in-depth portfolio and asset-level underwriting with fund managers
• Perform quantitative/qualitative research and financial modeling
• Conduct due diligence on fund investments and synthesize findings in investment memorandums
• Perform market research to identify macroeconomic trends
