You will design and build high-correctness Rust services for critical platform paths, own systems end-to-end from architecture to operations, and collaborate across a polyglot environment. Your work directly impacts reliability and performance at scale.

Requirements

• Built and operated distributed systems in production
• Deep hands-on Rust experience in production
• Comfortable reasoning about concurrency, async systems, and correctness guarantees
• Experience designing APIs and data contracts that evolve safely over time
• Experience deploying and operating services in AWS or GCP

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-correctness Rust services on critical platform paths
• Introduce Rust into areas where safety, determinism, and performance are essential
• Own systems from architecture to implementation to rollout to operations
• Make real decisions around concurrency, async boundaries, data integrity, and failure modes
• Collaborate across service boundaries in a polyglot environment
