💼 About This Role

You'll lead supplier industrialization and quality for a mission-driven smart gun company, enabling production flow and supply chain strategies from prototype to volume. Your work directly impacts reducing preventable gun injuries through reliable mechanical assemblies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Mechanical Assemblies supplier qualification from prototype to volume production
• Partner with engineering on DFM feedback and product data generation
• Vet supplier capabilities and lead new supplier bring-up
• Implement root cause analysis and corrective actions at suppliers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years of supplier quality and industrialization experience in manufacturing
• Expertise in fixture design, tooling, and DFM for high-volume metal/plastics production
• Working knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and MSA

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with die casting, stamping, forging, machining, injection molding, or vacuum forming
• CAD and GD&T skills
• Supplier audit experience
