You'll identify and qualify new opportunities for MongoDB's sales team as part of our Account Development program. You'll learn sales skills, product knowledge, and generate pipeline. You'll benefit from intensive training and 1:1 coaching to jump-start your sales career.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Identify high-potential businesses for MongoDB across your region
  • Develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns from idea to qualified call
  • Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team
  • Update lead and prospect activity in Salesforce

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Self-starter with track record of hitting and exceeding goals
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Time management skills and ability to work independently or through coaching
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced and high growth environment

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Strong and progressive academic background
  • Familiarity with database, web server, and open source technology
  • Working experience with Salesforce.com
