You'll drive market growth as the Founder's proxy in your territory, coordinating sales, government relations, and customer pilots. Your core impact is opening doors and closing deals to reduce traffic deaths through AI-assisted traffic enforcement. This role combines strategic coordination with hands-on execution in the public sector.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and execute go-to-market strategy for assigned territory
• Prospect and close new government and enterprise accounts
• Meet with legislators and attend hearings to build relationships
• Coordinate pilot programs to ensure conversion to contracts

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in high-growth, operationally intense environments
• Track record of opening or scaling a new market
• Strong outbound sales presence with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable in government and political environments
