💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in delivering an amazing shopping experience at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer that donates meals to Feeding America. Your core impact will be training new recruits and managing daily operations to meet sales targets. You'll get to use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales and help develop a passionate team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Train new recruits on product knowledge and sales skills.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to navigate store and merchandise products using approved equipment.
• Able to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
