💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help drive sales while supporting daily operations. This role lets you combine your passion for pop culture with hands-on retail leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of music and pop culture

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Familiarity with store KPIs like UPT and ADT
