You'll develop AI assistants and voice bots using GenAI and speech technologies for external partners and clients. You'll design and optimize ASR/TTS models for production use. This role offers hands-on experience with cloud technologies and diverse projects at Ukraine's largest telecom operator.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, train, and optimize ASR and TTS models for production
• Develop AI-powered assistants using LLMs
• Fine-tune large-scale models for business needs
• Collaborate with DevOps to deploy solutions

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in ML/DL with focus on STT/TTS
• Hands-on experience training and deploying speech processing models
• Strong Python skills with scalable software modules
• Familiarity with Docker and Git

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time/low-latency speech systems
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or FastAPI
• Experience with Azure/AWS or PySpark
