🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate jobs and prepare paperwork including trucking and weight documents
• Create and distribute invoices with quotes for lab packs and lab moves
• Field incoming calls from prospective and existing customers
• Assist Sales and Technical Services with job scopes and bid coordination

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related experience
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
