You'll join One Medical to provide human-centered primary care in a casual, per diem role. You'll impact patient health through acute, chronic, and well visits in-office and via telehealth. This role offers flexible hours and collaboration with a team dedicated to transforming healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits for patients
• Perform in-office procedures as trained
• Collaborate via daily huddles and virtual teams
• Treat patients both in-office and via telehealth

📋 Requirements

• Completed an accredited NP program with national certification
• 103 NP or 104 NP categorization in California for autonomous practice
• 2 years outpatient primary care experience within past 5 years, or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care
• State license in CA by start date

• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care
• Experience with evidence-based primary care tools
