Description

In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical care to residents and oversee personal care services for Independent Living Residents. You'll supervise nurse aides, promote wellness services, and ensure resident dignity and autonomy.

Requirements

• Graduate of approved nursing program
• Current Ohio RN or LPN license
• 6–12 months of direct care nursing practice
• Excellent literacy, writing, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to place decision-making in residents' hands

Responsibilities

• Promote wellness services to residents and community members
• Supervise nurse aides providing wellness services
• Communicate care, concern, and dignity for residents
• Make prompt and accurate judgments for resident care and emergencies
• Work effectively within a team environment
