Description
You will lead the Provider Acquisition pod, driving user acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven search marketing strategies and product optimizations. Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Design to build scalable growth systems and maximize search visibility and conversion funnel performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in growth-focused roles with SEO and SEM expertise.
- Data-driven with experience running experiments and digging into data.
- Highly collaborative, working well across functions.
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategy leveraging SEO, SEM, and product for provider acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Partner with engineering and data science to implement features, landing pages, and experiences to improve provider acquisition.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO content strategy with product roadmap.
- Design, launch, and optimize referral programs, invite flows, and affiliate networks.
