Description

You will provide operational support to the global sales organization, manage accounts and opportunities, resolve time-sensitive sales issues, enforce sales processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to help drive deals. This role directly impacts the success of our sales team in Mexico.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing)
• Problem-solving and analytical skills

• Comfort working under time pressure and ability to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the sales organization including account and opportunity management and support case responses
• Solve time-sensitive sales pain points to push deals through
• Enforce sales processes and policies
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to support sales deals
• Administer sales tools including Salesforce
