💼 About This Role

You'll support project financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, performance monitoring, and reporting using Unanet. You'll collaborate with Contracts and Business Development teams to ensure financial accuracy and drive project excellence. This hybrid role offers exposure to leadership and growth in government contracting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform program budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis
• Create standardized financial reports and dashboards in Unanet
• Track contract ceiling, funding, and forecast direct labor
• Collaborate with Contracts team on project setup and closeout

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business management
• 0-2 years of experience in project-based accounting or project controls
• Knowledge of FAR and experience with DCAA/DCMA compliance
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Unanet or similar business system software
• Experience in government contracting with cost-type, T&M, or fixed-price contracts
