📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or people operations.
• Understanding of core HR processes like onboarding and offboarding.
• Experience with HR systems, spreadsheets, and collaborative tools.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
