You'll ensure the performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of facility assets at a groundbreaking space startup building the largest satellites ever flown. Your work will directly enable mass production of high-power satellite platforms for missions from LEO to deep space.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive asset registry for all facility systems
  • Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Analyze equipment failures to identify root causes and corrective actions
  • Manage CMMS and ensure accuracy of asset data and work orders

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
  • 5+ years experience in facilities engineering or asset management
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and reliability principles
  • Experience with CMMS platforms and asset tracking systems

✨ Nice to Have

  • Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing (e.g., EPA 608, OSHA 10/30)
  • Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA, ADA, NFPA)
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI)
