πΌ About This Role
You'll ensure the performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of facility assets at a groundbreaking space startup building the largest satellites ever flown. Your work will directly enable mass production of high-power satellite platforms for missions from LEO to deep space.
π― What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain comprehensive asset registry for all facility systems
- Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Analyze equipment failures to identify root causes and corrective actions
- Manage CMMS and ensure accuracy of asset data and work orders
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years experience in facilities engineering or asset management
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and reliability principles
- Experience with CMMS platforms and asset tracking systems
β¨ Nice to Have
- Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing (e.g., EPA 608, OSHA 10/30)
- Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA, ADA, NFPA)
- Knowledge of data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI)
