You'll lead AI transformation for enterprise clients, designing automation strategies using Channel Talk's AI features. Your work directly drives customer success and product growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and propose AI-driven operational flows and automation strategies
  • Lead onboarding and project management to achieve Time to Value
  • Analyze data and conduct QBRs to drive retention and automation rates
  • Collaborate with product team on feature improvements based on VOC

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of CS, sales, or IT consulting experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in direct client negotiations that generated revenue
  • Ability to structurally understand client issues and propose logical solutions
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple teams

✨ Nice to Have

  • AI tool or DX implementation experience
  • High-touch CS management experience
  • CRM/SFA data analysis and process building experience
