🎯 What You'll Do
- Design and propose AI-driven operational flows and automation strategies
- Lead onboarding and project management to achieve Time to Value
- Analyze data and conduct QBRs to drive retention and automation rates
- Collaborate with product team on feature improvements based on VOC
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of CS, sales, or IT consulting experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience in direct client negotiations that generated revenue
- Ability to structurally understand client issues and propose logical solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple teams

- AI tool or DX implementation experience
- High-touch CS management experience
- CRM/SFA data analysis and process building experience
