💼 About This Role

You'll join the Plataforma de Dados team to build scalable data pipelines and enable data democratization. You'll drive key architectural decisions and improve data quality and governance across the XP ecosystem. This role offers exposure to state-of-the-art cloud and big data technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement policies for data democratization and governance.
• Participate in key architectural decisions with engineers.
• Lead discussions on data architecture via ADRs and RFCs.
• Evolve data ingestion and streaming capabilities.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Apache Spark, Python, PySpark, or SQL.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and building scalable data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Databricks for big data processing.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Reside in São Paulo and work hybrid (2x/week).

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Data Mesh architecture.
• Experience with Delta Lake and Apache Airflow.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
