Description
You will lead the Home Loans vertical at LendingTree, owning the full P&L and driving business strategy. This role involves partnering cross-functionally to execute high-impact initiatives, leveraging data to inform decisions, and championing a consumer-first approach.
Requirements
- Strong background in financial services; home lending experience preferred
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving key business metrics
- Experience leading in matrixed environment and influencing cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
- 5+ years relevant experience; MBA preferred
Responsibilities
- Own and drive business strategy and full P&L for Home Loans vertical
- Set priorities and execute against roadmap of high-impact initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally on product roadmaps, business cases, go-to-market strategies
- Manage near-term performance while building toward long-term growth
- Communicate business performance, priorities, and roadmap to stakeholders
