You'll lead and scale a team of Key Account Managers for strategic Public Sector accounts, driving sustainable growth. You'll embed the MEDDIC framework for coaching and use CRM data to find market trends. This role is key to making Malt the go-to partner for public organizations.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a team of Key Account Managers on complex Public Sector deals.
- Ensure account performance, contract execution, and revenue growth.
- Use MEDDIC framework to diagnose opportunity health and unblock accounts.
- Own negotiation frameworks and governance for the Public Sector segment.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and coach the team.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership in sales or account management.
- Proven track record in tactical management and team performance.
- Mastery of MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Proficiency in CRM data analysis (Salesforce).
- Native-level French and fluent English.
