You'll support our Financial Planning team, hosting onboarding sessions with members and assisting with product automation projects. Your work will help deliver impeccable service to members and build automation tools that scale financial advice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Host onboarding sessions with members to verify data accuracy
• Answer member questions for the Financial Planning team
• Keep team organized and assist with product automation projects
• Assist with building the membership learning library

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-facing financial services experience
• CFP® designation or working toward certification
• Investment acumen and knowledge of broader planning topics
• BS or BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Experience using financial services technology
• Interest in tech industry or startups
• Consumer fintech experience
