🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire and grow a world-class PM team for developer experience.
• Define product vision and roadmap for developer productivity.
• Engage with engineers and leadership to gather feedback and prioritize.
• Manage programs to ensure smooth execution of the product roadmap.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience with majority as an Engineer and at least 2 as PM.
• 5+ years hiring and managing product management teams in high-growth companies.
• Led transformations of engineering productivity using AI to accelerate impact.
• Experience improving developer tools and processes.

• Experience with data-driven decision making and experimentation.
• Ability to operate both strategically and at an execution level.
