🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead booking and coordination of talent, crew, and vendors for shoots.
• Create and distribute detailed call sheets and manage on-set requirements.
• Manage full lifecycle of production paperwork and invoice tracking.
• Maintain and expand databases of crew, stylists, and photographers.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in a production or entertainment environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple complex projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with high-level talent and agencies.
• Proficiency in production software and tools.
