• Support creating a strong campus culture embodying the organization's mission
• Plan and host community outreach events
• Give tours and convert leads to enrolled families
• Manage daily operations: billing, supply ordering, scheduling maintenance

• State Director Qualifications
• Early childhood education leadership experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Facility with computer systems

• Experience as a preschool director
• Montessori certification or familiarity with Montessori method
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM and billing software
