Description

You will lead energy storage system safety projects, provide training and mentoring, and drive business development. You will also guide the development of tools and methods and review test reports for facility safety decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety management, or related field; 5+ years experience
• Professional Engineer (P.E.), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or comparable certification preferred
• High-level written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of managing industrial and process safety projects in energy storage and advanced electronics manufacturing
• Knowledge of energy storage safety (e.g., NFPA 855) and hazard mitigation analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead energy storage system safety projects
• Lead lithium ion battery manufacturing and semiconductor manufacturing projects
• Provide training and mentoring to internal staff and new hires
• Guide development of tools and methods for internal use
• Drive business development with existing and new clients
