💼 About This Role

You'll support youth and staff with crisis intervention and behavior management at a DREAM elementary school in East Harlem. You'll model positive culture and mediate conflicts in daily activities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support youth and staff with crisis intervention and behavior management
• Model and encourage positive culture in all daily activities
• Mediate conflicts and other situations as they arise
• Create and monitor individualized intervention plans for youth

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with youth in classroom or youth development setting
• Success in facilitating and managing groups of youth
• Experience with behavior management systems including positive youth development

✨ Nice to Have

• College enrollment or degree preferred
• Fluency in spoken Spanish strongly preferred
• Ability to coach co-workers in youth development skills
