- Design and launch the new resourcing function, hiring and onboarding a Resource Controller.
- Partner with stakeholders to synchronize the marketing calendar with global business objectives.
- Develop a rolling six-month resourcing roadmap for clarity on creative and marketing capacity.
- Establish upstream decision-making and escalation processes for aligned outputs.
