Description

You will analyze complex credit requests for crop and livestock industries within Compeer Financial's territory, make loan servicing decisions, and communicate with clients and internal teams. You'll mentor less experienced team members and develop innovative credit solutions while working in a flexible, hybrid environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in ag business, finance, economics or related field
• Experience in credit analysis and underwriting
• Strong communication and client counseling skills
• Ability to visit clients on farm regularly

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex financial documentation for lending and servicing requests
• Approve, decline, or escalate credit decisions within delegated authority
• Monitor lending portfolio and determine loan classifications
• Collaborate with sales team and clients to resolve delinquencies
• Mentor less experienced team members
