💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a senior product support resource for a .NET application on Azure, assisting clients with complex technical issues and owning cases end-to-end. You'll also perform proactive system monitoring and support infrastructure changes to ensure platform stability. This role combines hands-on support with operational awareness in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a .NET/Azure application.
  • Own support cases end-to-end: investigation, communication, resolution, follow-up.
  • Proactively monitor system health using monitoring and alerting tools.
  • Support and validate infrastructure changes to ensure client impact is minimized.

📋 Requirements

  • Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience supporting .NET applications on Microsoft Azure in production.
  • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage complex support cases with clients directly.

  • Experience in alternative assets, financial services, or regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell or scripting for automation.
  • Familiarity with Azure monitoring and logging tools.
