You'll own the full commercial performance for the meat and fish categories in the DACH region. You'll lead supplier negotiations and drive category growth through strategic assortment and pricing optimization. This role offers unlimited vacation and a dynamic work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage commercial performance of meat, sausage, and fish categories
• Conduct supplier negotiations and regular category reviews
• Develop category strategy and joint business plans
• Collaborate with marketing and supply chain on promotions and inventory

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or marketing
• Experience in category management, buying, or account management
• FMCG background, ideally with fresh food
• Fluent in German and English
